Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT)


Emotional Freedom Techniques – commonly abbreviated to EFT – is a modern and growing form of personal development and therapy. EFT is one of a number of recent concepts increasingly used for improving and developing people. EFT can be effective for various purposes, including personal and self-development, attitude and behaviour development, resolving personal problems, reducing stress, and restoring life balance.

Mindfulness

 

Mindfulness is a very gentle but effective way of calming the mind, thus calming our bodies, our mind is a very powerful tool however it can be something that we can use against ourselves. Unlike meditation, mindfulness can be used in very normal surroundings, sitting on a bus, going for a walk, preparing a meal, taking a shower and the list goes on, incorporating breathing exercises and  Visualizations, mindfulness is a very powerful and practical tool that we can add to our day to day lives.
